- Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed sales targets.
- Foster a culture of clienteling and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to drive repeat business.
- Identify innovative methods to enhance client experience and grow business.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences and act on client feedback.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Connect with clients to style them and enhance their wardrobe.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative thinking.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
A college/university degree is preferred.
