- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or a related customer-focused industry.
- Proven track record of achieving business results.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
- Flexible schedule availability.
- Proficiency in POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work with a diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or a related customer-focused industry.
University degree preferred; degree in Gemology is a plus.
