- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail, preferably luxury, or relevant customer-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving business results.
- Ability to connect with clients.

- Ability to work with a diverse customer base.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business growth.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail, preferably luxury, or relevant customer-related experience such as hospitality.
University degree preferred; degree in Gemology is advantageous.
