- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in all communications.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed sales targets and foster client loyalty.
- Cultivate a clienteling culture, encouraging entrepreneurial spirit and client development.
- Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and manage client data to enhance relationships and drive repeat business.
- Identify innovative strategies to elevate client experiences and grow business.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences, optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- Leverage client feedback to continuously improve the client experience.
- Assist clients in styling and integrating Tiffany pieces into their wardrobes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a client-related field such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for luxury brands.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a relevant client-related field such as hospitality is required.
A college or university degree is preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $22.19-$30.02 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
Competitive compensation package with sales commission eligibility.
