- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, ensuring each experience is extraordinary.
- Serve as an excellent communicator and brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed sales targets and foster a clienteling culture.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Identify innovative ways to enhance client experiences and grow business through key product pillars.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences, optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- Demonstrate Tiffany brand ambassador behaviors during every selling ceremony.
- Leverage client feedback to elevate in-store experiences and act on NPS performance.
- Style clients by connecting with their wardrobe needs.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship management.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
A college/university degree is desired.
