- Develop client relationships and exceed sales plans.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.

- Must be based and authorized to work in the Republic of Ireland.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems.
- Proficiency with client tracking systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook/email.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is preferred.
