1. Develop and maintain client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increased spending.
2. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3. Capture and manage client data effectively.
4. Cultivate new and existing client relationships to generate repeat business.
5. Enhance in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments to clients.
6. Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every client interaction.
7. Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
8. Respond to client feedback and improve service delivery based on TEI performance.

1. Authorization to work in the Republic of Ireland.
2. Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Proven track record in achieving sales results.
4. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
6. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.

2. Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
3. Ability to deliver exceptional client experiences.
4. Proficiency in using technology and sales systems.
5. Multilingual abilities are an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a related client-focused environment.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
