- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increased spending.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and manage client data effectively.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Enhance in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments to clients.
- Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every client interaction.
- Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Respond to client feedback and improve service delivery based on TEI performance.
- Authorization to work in the Republic of Ireland.
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Proficiency in using technology and sales systems.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a related client-focused environment.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
