1. Deliver the Tiffany client experience in every interaction, applying the Tiffany Touch to create memorable, personalized moments.
2. Develop and maintain a proprietary client book through proactive clienteling, data capture and follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
3. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store commercial targets through appointment selling and conversion.
4. Cultivate new business by identifying opportunities across key product pillars and styling clients in alignment with their wardrobe and preferences.
5. Execute service best practices, leverage NPS feedback and optimise in-store hospitality and amenities to elevate the client journey.
6. Utilize POS and client tracking systems accurately for transactions, client records and reporting; support merchandising and appointment management as required.

1. Minimum three years' experience in retail, luxury retail or client-facing hospitality roles with demonstrable commercial results.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing repeat-client revenue.
3. Ability to build rapport quickly, deliver consultative selling and adapt to a diverse client base.
4. Flexible availability to work non-traditional retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
5. Authorization to work in the United States.
