1. Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, communicating passion for Tiffany & Co. in all interactions.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed commercial targets.
4. Foster a culture of clienteling and encourage entrepreneurial spirit to grow outreach business.
5. Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
6. Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships.
7. Deliver significant sales through repeat client business.
8. Identify innovative methods to enhance client experience and grow business.
9. Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to clients.
10. Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

4. Proficiency in multiple languages is desirable.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

A college/university degree is desirable.
