1. Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, utilizing personal flair to enhance the client experience.
2. Serve as a brand ambassador, communicating passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
3. Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed sales targets.
4. Foster a culture of clienteling and encourage entrepreneurial spirit.
5. Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
6. Capture and cultivate client data to build relationships.
7. Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat business.
8. Identify innovative methods to enhance client experiences and drive business growth.
9. Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments to clients.
10. Demonstrate brand passion during every selling ceremony using the Tiffany Touch.

1. Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
3. Ability to connect with clients and work with a diverse client base.
4. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.
7. Mandarin speaking ability.

4. Proficiency in multiple languages is desirable.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

A college or university degree is preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $22.19 - $30.02 per hour, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
