1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, embodying the Tiffany brand in all interactions.
2. Deliver exceptional client experiences across phone, email, and live chat channels.
3. Achieve and exceed client service and commercial sales targets.
4. Resolve client issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring client satisfaction.
5. Proactively recommend products to clients, enhancing their experience and driving sales.
6. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
7. Utilize brand awareness and product knowledge to engage clients and drive conversions.
8. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service.

1. Authorization to work in Canada.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury client service, preferably in retail, travel, or hospitality.

3. Proficiency in using multiple software platforms, including Salesforce.
4. Ability to multitask across various communication channels.
5. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury client service, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The hiring range for this position is $20.57 - $27.83 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
