- Deliver luxury client experiences across multiple contact channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying Tiffany's values in every client interaction.
- Achieve and exceed client service and commercial sales targets.
- Resolve client issues with empathy and escalate when necessary for prompt resolution.
- Provide proactive and relevant product recommendations.
- Share brand awareness, storytelling, and product knowledge to drive client satisfaction.
- Build long-term client relationships by collecting and utilizing relevant client information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
- Communicate with passion and authenticity using elevated verbal and written language.
- Fluently bilingual in English and French.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
- Experience in luxury client service in sectors such as retail, travel, or hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy and passion for the brand.
- Strong computer skills across multiple software platforms.
- Ability to multitask across phone, email, and live chat.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Salesforce is a strong asset.
Minimum of 3 years in luxury client service.
