- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador and communicate passion for Tiffany in all engagements.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed commercial targets.
- Foster a clienteling culture and encourage entrepreneurial spirit.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to drive repeat business.
- Identify innovative methods to enhance client experiences and grow business.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences and act on client feedback.
- Demonstrate Tiffany Touch and personal flair in all selling ceremonies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship-building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail environments, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
A college/university degree is preferred.
Wage range for this position is $20.40-$24.00 per hour.
