- Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships.
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
- Identify innovative ways to elevate client experiences and grow business.
- Drive business through key product pillars and daily client engagement.
- Enhance in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
- Leverage client feedback to elevate in-store experiences.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Connect with clients' wardrobes to provide styling advice.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Ability to connect with clients.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and clienteling abilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (desired).
Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
A college/university degree is desired.
Wage Range: $20.40 - $24.00 per hour.
