1. Cultivate and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase client spend.
2. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3. Capture and manage client data to enhance relationship-building efforts.
4. Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, creating memorable moments for every client.
5. Serve as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and expertise during every client interaction.
6. Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to optimize client experiences.
7. Respond to client feedback and take action to improve the Tiffany Experience.

1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
3. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
4. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
5. Knowledge of gemology is an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a client-facing role.

A college or university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
