- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase client spend.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and manage client data to enhance relationship-building efforts.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, creating memorable moments for every client.
- Serve as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and expertise during every client interaction.
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to optimize client experiences.
- Respond to client feedback and take action to improve the Tiffany Experience.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
- Knowledge of gemology is an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a client-facing role.
A college or university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
