- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase client spend.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and manage client data to enhance relationship-building efforts.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, creating memorable moments for each client.
- Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and expertise during every client interaction.
- Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities, enhancing the client experience.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
- Knowledge of luxury retail and client service best practices.
Minimum of 3 years in a retail or luxury retail environment, or relevant client-related experience.
A college or university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
