1. Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships, exceeding sales targets and fostering a clienteling culture.
4. Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
5. Capture and cultivate client data to drive repeat business.
6. Innovate ways to enhance client experiences and grow business through key product pillars.
7. Deliver memorable in-store experiences, optimizing hospitality and store amenities.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a relevant client-related field such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Authorization to work in the United States.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking systems.
3. Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
4. Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to innovate client experiences.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.

A college/university degree is desired.
