- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, ensuring each experience is extraordinary.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive loyalty and increase sales.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and manage client data to cultivate new and existing relationships.
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
- Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
- Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong brand ambassadorship and client relationship management.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on exceeding sales plans.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
- Knowledge of gemology is an advantage.
A minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a relevant client-related field.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
The hiring range for this position is $20.40-$27.60 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission. The rate of pay offered will depend on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
Eligible for sales commission, with opportunities for career advancement within the LVMH group.
