- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, using personal flair to enhance the client experience.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to drive loyalty and increase client spend.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and manage client data to cultivate both new and existing client relationships.
- Deliver significant sales through repeat business and key product pillars.
- Elevate the in-store experience by creating memorable moments for clients.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during all client interactions.
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to enhance client experiences.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and client relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within retail or luxury retail.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
The hiring range for this position is $20.40-$27.60 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
