- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, utilizing personal flair to enhance the client experience.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed sales targets.
- Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
- Capture and manage client data to cultivate new and existing relationships.
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
- Enhance in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Implement best practices based on client feedback and performance metrics.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and client relationship management abilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for the brand.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years in a retail or luxury retail environment, or relevant client-related experience.
A college or university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
