- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through exceptional sales performance.
- Provide excellent service to both national and international clientele to create memorable shopping experiences.
- Develop and maintain sustainable customer relationships and execute CRM initiatives.
- Understand and manage retail KPIs effectively.
- Consistently represent company values and adhere to product standards.

- Strong service orientation and openness to diverse cultures.
- High level of responsibility and ability to prioritize.
- Quick learner with adaptability.
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Outlook.
- Business proficiency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
