- Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
- Serve as an excellent communicator and brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed commercial targets and foster a clienteling culture.
- Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Innovate ways to grow business through elevated client experiences and key product pillars.
- Enhance in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments to clients.
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship management.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to innovate.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a client-related field such as hospitality.
A college/university degree is preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $20.40 to $27.60 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
Eligible for sales commission and other benefits as per company policy.
