1. Utilize strategic sales techniques to achieve or exceed individual sales targets by assisting customers in selecting and purchasing desired products.
2. Respond promptly and appropriately to customer inquiries.
3. Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new clientele through outreach, follow-ups, and exceptional service.
4. Provide after-sales service and professionally handle customer complaints.
5. Input and manage customer information within the database.
6. Proficiently use company applications and software.
7. Conduct inventory counts and manage store merchandise.
8. Collaborate with team members to support the company's sales potential.
9. Actively participate in and support the achievement of company goals.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury sales or related customer service experience.
2. Outstanding sales capabilities.
3. Excellent communication, customer service skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
4. Ability to communicate and work with diverse individuals and teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
