- Proactively communicate with clients to ensure a personalized and luxurious Tiffany Experience.

- 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles with a focus on targets and KPIs.
- Fluency in Chinese, with HSK5 preferred.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with a diverse clientele.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum of 3 years in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
