3. Develop and maintain client relationships, exceeding commercial targets.

5. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
6. Capture and cultivate client data to deepen relationships and drive loyalty.
7. Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.

9. Drive business through key product pillars and convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
10. Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments to every client.

1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
3. Ability to connect with clients and work with a diverse client base.
4. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a client-related field such as hospitality.

A college/university degree is desired.
