1. Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
3. Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed commercial targets.
4. Foster a clienteling culture and encourage an entrepreneurial spirit.
5. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
6. Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships.
7. Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
8. Identify innovative ways to grow business through elevated client experiences.
9. Drive business through key product pillars and daily client conversion.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Authorization to work in the United States.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking systems.
3. Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/email.

Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

A college/university degree is desired.
