- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client development and relationship-building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is desired.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a related client-focused field.
A college or university degree is desired.
