- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships.
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
- Identify innovative methods to enhance client experience and drive business.
- Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
- Leverage client feedback to enhance in-store experiences.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking systems.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to develop client relationships.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
A college/university degree is desired.
