- Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, utilizing personal flair to enhance the client experience.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation and demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed sales targets and foster a clienteling culture.
- Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets through client engagement and relationship building.
- Capture and cultivate client data to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Innovate ways to grow business through elevated client experiences and key product pillars.
- Enhance in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- Leverage client feedback to continuously improve the client experience and act on NPS performance.
- Connect with clients to offer personalized styling advice.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for luxury brands.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a client-related field.
A college or university degree is preferred.
