1. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and report any safety incidents to management.
2. Provide advanced technical analysis for the New Product Development group, focusing on casting process designs and manufacturability.
3. Support the resolution of day-to-day production issues to maintain continuous workflow and product delivery.
4. Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure successful project execution, involving stakeholders such as CAD/CAM, Manufacturing, and QA.
5. Offer engineering support for new equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting, utilizing lean tools and Six Sigma methodologies.

1. Bachelor's or Associate's degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience in manufacturing process improvement.
2. Proficiency in analyzing and solving complex engineering problems using Root Cause Analysis.
3. Demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Access.

3. Statistical analysis and higher-order mathematical skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in an Engineering discipline.
