- Adhere to critical process parameters for investing Platinum, Gold, and Silver.
- Monitor consumables and investment inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of investment equipment.
- Execute divesting, acid cleaning, and bead blasting for all cast products.
- Review material inventories daily with a 2 to 3 weeks projection analysis.
- Notify management of any materials required for purchase.
- Comply with departmental procedures for weighing investments and measuring chemicals.
- Conduct chemical cleanup of cast trees during divesting processes.
- Ensure accountability for all cast and cleaned trees as per cast logs.
- Perform clipping functions following established process parameters.
- Operate bead blaster post divesting/cleanup operations.
- Conduct routine maintenance of investing/divesting equipment.
- Engage in daily 5S activities to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Foster partnerships within and across departments to enhance efficiency and support.
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Intermediate English communication skills, including reading, writing, and understanding safety manuals and procedures
- Ability to identify and resolve process problems, making necessary operational adjustments
- Intermediate math and computer skills
- Proficiency in process monitoring and adjustment
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Technical skills in equipment operation and maintenance
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is required.
High School Education or equivalent is preferred.
