1. Adhere to critical process parameters for investing Platinum, Gold, and Silver.
2. Monitor consumables and investment inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
3. Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of investment equipment.
4. Execute divesting, acid cleaning, and bead blasting for all cast products.
5. Review material inventories daily with a 2 to 3 weeks projection analysis.
6. Notify management of any materials required for purchase.
7. Comply with departmental procedures for weighing investments and measuring chemicals.
8. Conduct chemical cleanup of cast trees during divesting processes.
9. Ensure accountability for all cast and cleaned trees as per cast logs.
10. Perform clipping functions following established process parameters.
11. Operate bead blaster post divesting/cleanup operations.
12. Conduct routine maintenance of investing/divesting equipment.
13. Engage in daily 5S activities to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
14. Foster partnerships within and across departments to enhance efficiency and support.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
2. Intermediate English communication skills, including reading, writing, and understanding safety manuals and procedures
3. Ability to identify and resolve process problems, making necessary operational adjustments
4. Intermediate math and computer skills

1. Proficiency in process monitoring and adjustment
2. Strong attention to detail and accountability
3. Effective communication and teamwork abilities
4. Technical skills in equipment operation and maintenance

1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is required.

High School Education or equivalent is preferred.
