Tiffany & Co. Café Manager

- Manage and oversee two primary vendor operators to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of the desired dining experience.
- Coordinate closely with the Ginza Client Experience and Client Relations teams to drive new client acquisition and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee kitchen and operations management, optimizing processes to eliminate inefficiencies.
- Handle VIP services, including collaboration with boutiques and VIP salons.
- Manage inbound client interactions, ensuring proficiency in English communication.
- Supervise and guide staff quality in both the dining area and kitchen.
- Address secondary complaints effectively.
- Coordinate reservations in collaboration with the operating company, and manage boutique VIP interactions as needed.
- Assist with dining service as necessary.
- Collaborate with Client Relations to plan and execute special and private events.
- Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Report directly to the General Manager.
- Experience in luxury dining management.
- Vendor management and hospitality experience.
- Proficiency in business-level English with practical experience.
- Understanding of and ability to cater to luxury dining clientele.
- Exceptional hospitality skills.
- Ability to develop and delegate tasks to lead a team to success.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
Minimum of 3 years in luxury dining management.
