1. Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
2. Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergency situations, and implement Incident Management Programs procedures.
3. Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections, equipment checks, alarm tests, and report submissions.
4. Execute operations tasks including opening and closing procedures, assist with facilities repairs, and communicate with store team.
5. Cover both security and back of house operations and controls.
6. Deliver a positive Tiffany experience from beginning to end for each client.
7. Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime dedication and spend.
8. Act as a Tiffany ambassador and support the store in consistently achieving sales plans.
9. Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments.
10. Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every customer interaction.
11. Implement standard processes by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and act on NPS scores and client feedback.

1. High School Graduate
2. Basic computer skills
3. Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
4. Authorization to work in the United States

Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a retail or security environment. 1-year prior experience in a security-related position is preferred.

High School Graduate

The hiring range for this position is $22.53 - $30.48 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
