- Provide exceptional security and operational support to enhance sales and service.
- Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
- Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections, equipment checks, alarm tests, and report submissions.
- Execute operations tasks including opening and closing procedures, and assist with facilities repairs.
- Support both security and back-of-house operations and controls.
- Deliver a positive Tiffany experience to each client, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Act as a Tiffany ambassador, supporting the store in achieving its sales objectives.
- Consistently elevate the in-store experience, delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality.
- Implement standard processes to create unique experiences, acting on client feedback and NPS scores.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Customer service orientation.
- Problem-solving abilities.
Minimum of 3 years in a retail or security environment, with at least 1 year in a security-related position preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
The hiring range for this position is $22.53 - $30.48 per hour, depending on relevant skills and experience.
