1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted.
2. Engage with clients to share Tiffany & Co.'s history and product offerings.
3. Utilize storytelling to discern client needs and partner them with appropriate sales professionals.
4. Manage client traffic flow and communicate wait times effectively.
5. Support hospitality and selling events, ensuring areas are stocked and clean.
6. Assist with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing supplies to maintain a neat sales floor.
7. Develop and convey key knowledge of the brand and products.
8. Safeguard Tiffany property and handle sensitive client information in compliance with guidelines.
9. Uphold Tiffany & Co.'s image by maintaining a high level of client experience and professional demeanor.
