1. Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
2. Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergency situations, and implement Incident Management Programs procedures.
3. Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections, equipment checks, alarm tests, inspections, key access management, and report submissions.
4. Execute operations tasks including opening and closing procedures, assist with facilities repairs, and communicate with the store team.
5. Support both security and back-of-house operations and controls.
6. Deliver a positive Tiffany experience from beginning to end for each client.
7. Deepen relationships with clients to drive lifetime dedication and spend.
8. Act as a Tiffany ambassador and support the store in consistently achieving sales plans.
9. Consistently elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
10. Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every customer interaction and implement Client Experience Behaviors identified within the NPS program.
11. Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and act on NPS scores and client feedback.

1. High School Graduate
2. Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based

1. Basic computer skills
2. Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a security-related position. Experience in a retail/security environment is desired.

The hiring range for this position is $21.25-28.75 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.

Eligible for sales commission and competitive hourly wage.
