1. Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
2. Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergency situations, and implement Incident Management Programs procedures.
3. Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections, equipment checks, alarm tests, inspections, key access, and report submissions.
4. Execute operations tasks including opening and closing procedures, assist with facilities repairs, and communicate with store team.
5. Cover both security and back-of-house operations and controls.
6. Deliver a positive Tiffany experience to each client, deepening client relationships to drive lifetime dedication and spend.
7. Act as a Tiffany ambassador, supporting the store in consistently achieving sales plans.
8. Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every customer interaction.
9. Implement standard processes by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and act on NPS scores and client feedback.

1. High School Graduate
2. Authorization to work in the United States

1. Basic computer skills
2. Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Minimum 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a security-related position, preferably in a retail/security environment.
