1. Provide exceptional security and operations support to enhance sales and customer service.
2. Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to prevent theft, manage missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
3. Ensure compliance with security systems and procedures through regular inspections and reporting.
4. Perform operational tasks including store opening and closing procedures and assist with facility repairs.
5. Support both security and back-of-house operations and controls.
6. Deliver a positive Tiffany experience, fostering long-term client relationships.
7. Act as a Tiffany ambassador to support the store in achieving sales targets.
8. Enhance in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable customer interactions.
9. Implement standard processes to optimize hospitality and store amenities.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Authorization to work in the United States.

1. Basic computer proficiency.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a security-related position preferred.
