- Provide exceptional security and operations support to enhance sales and service.
- Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
- Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections, equipment checks, and report submissions.
- Execute operations tasks including opening and closing procedures, and assist with facilities repairs.
- Support both security and back-of-house operations and controls.
- Deliver a positive Tiffany experience to each client, acting as a brand ambassador.
- Enhance client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spending.
- Consistently elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
- Implement standard processes to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum of 1-year experience in a security-related position, preferably within a retail environment.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
