- Provide exceptional security and operational support to enhance sales and service.
- Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
- Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections and equipment checks.
- Execute opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities maintenance.
- Support both security and back-of-house operations.
- Deliver a positive Tiffany experience to each client, fostering long-term relationships.
- Act as a Tiffany ambassador to support the store in achieving sales targets.
- Enhance in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable customer interactions.
- Implement standard processes to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Customer service orientation.
- Problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a retail or security environment. Prior experience in a security-related position is advantageous.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
