1. Oversee daily operations of the Timepiece Servicing & Personalization department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
2. Assist in managing team performance to meet productivity and quality targets, providing coaching and feedback.
3. Support business analysis and reporting to drive departmental success.
4. Foster an inclusive and high-performance culture by setting clear goals and expectations.
5. Engage in talent management, including hiring, development, and performance acceleration.
6. Plan and forecast departmental needs based on historical trends and business objectives.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and improve process documentation.
8. Participate in special projects to support business strategy and growth.

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Minimum 5 years of business experience with a strong operational background
3. Experience in luxury products or in a retail, manufacturing, or distribution environment
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
6. Strong client orientation focused on excellence in client journey
7. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and foster collaboration

The hiring range for this position is $86,000 - $116,000, with eligibility for a management bonus.
