- Oversee daily operations of the Timepiece Servicing & Personalization department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
- Assist in managing team performance to meet productivity and quality targets, providing coaching and feedback.
- Support business analysis and reporting to drive departmental success.
- Foster an inclusive and high-performance culture by setting clear goals and expectations.
- Engage in talent management, including hiring, development, and performance acceleration.
- Plan and forecast departmental needs based on historical trends and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and improve process documentation.
- Participate in special projects to support business strategy and growth.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of business experience with a strong operational background
- Experience in luxury products or in a retail, manufacturing, or distribution environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong client orientation focused on excellence in client journey

The hiring range for this position is $86,000 - $116,000, with eligibility for a management bonus.
