- Oversee the operation of WeChat and .CN platforms to enhance the digital brand eCommerce strategy in China.
- Ensure a premium end-to-end consumer experience across digital platforms.
- Manage store operations with a focus on elevating the luxury online experience.
- Improve operational KPIs to achieve commercial success.
- Act as a key liaison between local vendors and the global digital team.
- Develop into a future leader of the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations.
- Strong operational knowledge of digital platforms, particularly WeChat and .CN.
- Ability to deliver a premium consumer experience online.
- Proven track record of improving operational KPIs.
- Excellent communication and liaison skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the luxury sector.
