Tiffany & Co. Assistant Manager - Accounting

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns in accordance with Korean tax regulations, while monitoring legislative changes and advising management on implications.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, responding to inquiries and implementing recommendations.
- Manage treasury operations, including cash management, forecasting, and reporting, while collaborating with financial institutions to optimize cash flow.
- Collaborate with the Korea Market to support their accounting needs and supervise accounting staff, providing mentorship and training.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices in accounting policies and procedures.
- Conduct financial analysis and special projects as requested by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on supporting international operations, preferably in Korea.
- Retail experience is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices in a multinational environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; experience with JDE E1, Coupa, or Concur is a plus.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Korean and English, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
