Tiffany & Co. Assistant Creative Manager

- Co-develop campaign concepts in collaboration with the Creative Lead and cross‑functional partners, ensuring ideas are original and executable.
- Own art direction and visual taste across projects, maintaining a strong luxury aesthetic aligned with brand guidelines.
- Brief, manage and critique external creative agencies; review deliverables and provide constructive pushback to elevate work quality.
- Present and articulate creative concepts clearly to internal stakeholders and global teams, securing alignment and approvals.
- Coordinate with the Global Creative team on China-specific adaptations and local campaigns to ensure cultural relevance.
- Maintain active cultural radar of China’s social landscape and emerging trends across local platforms.
- Independently lead mid-size projects end-to-end, managing timelines, creative standards and stakeholder relationships.
- Contribute as a collaborative team player to raise the quality and consistency of the department’s output.
- Background at a 4A or internationally recognised creative agency; experience within structured, globally‑minded creative environments is essential.
- Minimum eight years of professional experience in creative/art direction roles, preferably servicing international brands.
- Demonstrable luxury aesthetic sensibility with a strong art direction portfolio showing brand learning and visual versatility.
- Proven ability to deliver original, culturally relevant ideas that are also practically executable.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English; confident verbal and written communication for local and global presentations.

At least 8 years in creative roles with substantial agency experience (4A or internationally recognised agencies), plus proven work within structured, globally-oriented creative organisations and campaigns for international brands.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Art Direction, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
