1. Lead and develop sales and operations across multiple store locations to exceed sales plans and profitability targets.
2. Inspire and motivate a high-performance team to deliver exceptional client service.
3. Conduct quarterly performance reviews and manage succession planning.
4. Drive top-line sales performance and maximize key business KPIs.
5. Develop and implement client acquisition and retention strategies.
6. Ensure compliance with audit standards and financial controls.
7. Foster a culture of service excellence and client development.
8. Represent the brand at client events and activations.
9. Collaborate with HR to forecast staffing needs and recruit high-performing team members.

1. Fluent in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Previous experience in multi-site store management.
3. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales drivers.
4. Self-disciplined with excellent deadline management skills.
5. Superior interpersonal and presentation skills.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client tracking systems.
2. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
3. Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
4. Strong network-building capabilities.

Minimum of 10 years in a relevant management role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
