1. Develop and maintain key performance reports and dashboards for the Sourcing function.
2. Contribute to strategic projects within the Industrial department, focusing on data-driven insights.
3. Generate and distribute monthly KPI reports, including supplier cost uploads and Purchase Price Variances.
4. Design and maintain interactive reports using PowerBI to track sourcing performance metrics.
5. Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on reporting requirements and expectations.
6. Present findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
7. Analyze supplier performance trends, recommending corrective actions as necessary.
8. Support Product Development activities through supplier costs data management.
9. Develop and maintain reports for the Strategic Sourcing team, including Supplier Scorecards and Cost Savings.
10. Identify opportunities to improve data reporting efficiency and accuracy.
11. Collaborate with IT and data management teams to enhance reporting functionality.
12. Demonstrate safety leadership by adhering to workplace safety policies.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
3. Experience with PowerBI or other advanced data analytics tools
4. Strong knowledge of Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
5. Basic understanding of sourcing principles and practices
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners
8. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
9. Excellent communication skills

Minimum of 2 years in a relevant field, with a focus on data analytics and reporting within sourcing or supply chain management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $77,010.00-$90,600.00, depending on skills and experience.
