Tiffany & Co. Administrative Assistant

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Vice Presidents in both Paris and the United States.
- Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Handle invoice processing and expense report coordination.
- Oversee office management tasks including supply management and meeting coordination.
- Assist in the preparation and updating of PowerPoint presentations.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings and interviews, including conference room reservations and liaising with IT.
- Plan and support events, team-building activities, and celebrations.
- Collect and organize information for departmental presentations.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Perform financial tasks such as purchase order creation.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of administrative experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible working hours, with availability outside of core business hours.
- Exceptional interpersonal, business writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Adaptability to changing job requirements as business needs evolve.
- Ability to resolve problems independently.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
At least 2-5 years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior executives.
The hiring range for this position is $30.43 - $35.40 per hour, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
