Tiffany & Co. Accounts Receivable Manager

- Monitor sales movement and accounts receivable balance in stores and eCommerce order management.
- Reconcile accounts receivable balance across all involved systems.
- Review and create journal entries and accounting estimates related to accounts receivable and sales.
- Prepare and explain sales and accounts receivable documents to auditors.
- Develop accounts receivable aging analysis reports.
- Forecast cash related to sales transactions and monitor forecast versus actual.
- Support boutique operations by addressing inquiries from boutiques or other departments.
- Assist in enhancing internal controls.
- Manage trial balance files for closing and reconcile errors or discrepancies.
- Support team members in other accounting processes.
- Participate in special projects as required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Commerce.
- Certified Professional Accountant or Certified Tax Accountant (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- English – Business Level.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Commerce.
