- Manage general accounting activities for the MEA markets, including general ledger maintenance and reconciliation.
- Monitor, account for, and reconcile inventory.
- Handle intercompany invoicing, accounting, reconciliation, and follow-up.
- Oversee fixed assets management, booking, and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance requirements are met and support during audits.
- Ensure timely reporting requirements as per Group Guidelines and provide necessary supporting documents.
- Coordinate with the Group for any queries and support in the preparation of statutory financial statements.
- Process payments and manage cash forecasts and requirements.
- Coordinate with banks for any issues and maintain bank KYC.
- Support any ad hoc financial reporting requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting diploma preferred.
- 3-5 years of finance experience in general ledger and reporting.
- Experience or knowledge in treasury is advantageous.
- Experience in the retail luxury industry is advantageous.
- Knowledgeable in GCC VAT law, especially in UAE and KSA.
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and a compliance mindset.
- Proactive, good team player, well-presented, outgoing, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Adaptability to systems is essential.
Minimum of 5 years in finance, focusing on general ledger and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting diploma preferred.
