1. Participate in employee lifecycle support, including onboarding and offboarding processes, equipment setup, and user account creation.
2. Contribute to daily IT operations, including updating Active Directory and performing basic network checks under senior team supervision.
3. Assist in resolving escalated second-level support tickets to ensure efficient technical assistance.
4. Provide on-site support for hardware installations and local IT needs, including occasional support at the production site.
5. Engage in IT projects and assist in large-scale hardware renewal initiatives.
6. Act as a reinforcement resource during peak periods to maintain seamless IT operations.
7. Maintain and update IT documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and release notes.

1. Academic background in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

1. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networks, and operating systems (Windows and MacOS).
2. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
3. Willingness to learn and ability to work effectively in a team.
4. Proficiency in French and/or English; Italian is a plus.

Entry-level position suitable for individuals at the beginning of their career.

Academic background in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
