Thelios Demand Planning Intern

- Support the management of sales forecasts and order flow optimization to ensure customer satisfaction and supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts for new collections, coordinating orders to align with production timelines and delivery requirements.
- Manage medium-term sales forecasts (6-9 months) for continuous models/SKUs to optimize monthly reorder services.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal teams such as Production Planning, Purchasing, Technical Office, and Quality to gather feedback, identify potential delivery plan issues, and prioritize production based on market needs.
- Maintain timely communication with Marketing and Retail teams regarding delivery plans, proactively addressing any issues or changes.
- Create, update, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess service effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Intermediate to upper-intermediate English proficiency (B1/B2).
- Strong analytical orientation.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Beginner-level experience in a related field is required.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
