1. Support the management of sales forecasts and order flow optimization to ensure customer satisfaction and supply chain efficiency.
2. Develop and manage sales forecasts for new collections, coordinating orders to align with production timelines and delivery requirements.
3. Manage medium-term sales forecasts (6-9 months) for continuous models/SKUs to optimize monthly reorder services.
4. Collaborate and communicate with internal teams such as Production Planning, Purchasing, Technical Office, and Quality to gather feedback, identify potential delivery plan issues, and prioritize production based on market needs.
5. Maintain timely communication with Marketing and Retail teams regarding delivery plans, proactively addressing any issues or changes.
6. Create, update, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess service effectiveness and identify improvement areas.

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. Intermediate to upper-intermediate English proficiency (B1/B2).
3. Strong analytical orientation.
4. Problem-solving aptitude.
5. Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Beginner-level experience in a related field is required.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
